A licensed general contractor in NC since 1989, Keith has 30 years experience in commercial and industrial construction projects in all areas including Carpenter, Superintendent and Project Manager/ Estimator.

Project Manager for commercial and institutional projects ranging from small renovations to complete new facilities up to 5 million dollars. Worked directly with Owners and Architects to make changes in design and costs, completed buyout, initiated subcontracts and purchase orders, processed change orders and completed closeout documents

Project Manager and Estimator for commercial and industrial projects which included all negotiating, purchasing, management, changes and final closeout.

Project Manager/ Estimator for commercial and industrial roofing company. Responsibilities also included purchasing, payroll and invoicing.

Began construction career.  Learned all phases of the business starting with laborer, went through all phases of the business, as this is where I started into construction. Started with laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent and project manager/estimator .
