Scott has been an Owner and President since the company’s incorporation in 2005. He is responsible for Project Management, Engineering and Estimating.

Twenty years experience in the engineering and construction of industrial, commercial and residential structures utilizing steel, wood, masonry and reinforced concrete. Experienced in the design of new facilities, as well as modifications and additions to existing structures. Proficient in project coordination, scheduling and cost estimating.

Vice President/ Structural Engineer/ Project Manager/ Estimator - Prepared estimates, author proposals and negotiate with clients for construction services. Prepared engineering design drawings and specifications for construction projects. Acted as Project Manager for construction projects. Responsibilities included coordination of materials, subcontractors and labor. 

Flanagan Associates, Inc., February 1997 to January 1999.
President - Provided structural engineering services to architects, project owners and contractors on construction projects of various complexity and size. Prepared design drawings and specifications for shop fabrication and field construction.
